John L. Marsigliano brings decades of experience to Cascone & Kluepfel LLP, practicing in the State and Federal courts for more than 40 years. He specializes in the defense of high-exposure Labor Law/construction matters, premises, automobile fatalities, and general liability matters, as well as medical malpractice and FELA claims.

Mr. Marsigliano graduated from Manhattan College in 1975, Summa Cum Laude, with a B.A. in Government/Political Science and received his J.D. degree in 1979 from St. John’s University School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

John lives in New Hyde Park with his wife, Marianne. He enjoys golf and, with his wife, sharing in the lives of their three children and grandchildren.
