Appellate Advocacy

Our Appellate Department handles appeals in the federal and state courts in New York, including the four Appellate Divisions of the Supreme Court of the State of New York (primarily the First and Second Departments), the New York State Court of Appeals and the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals. We handle our own appeals, as well as those for other firms. In doing so, we provide the same dedication to excellence that is the hallmark of Cascone & Kluepfel, LLP.

Our Appellate Department analyzes each case from the perspective of the appellate court – that is- from the written record. From this perspective with fresh eyes, we are able to provide objective opinions about which facts are most beneficial, which issues were best preserved for appeal, and which avenues give the appeal the best chance for success.
